Frequently asked questions

Care instructions

Polymer clay is similar in its nature to ceramic or glass therefore whilst it's durable, it can also be fragile if dropped, or put under force/bent. Similarly for the natural crystals within the jewellery. Whilst all care goes into each piece to ensure quality and longevity, it is recommended to treat your jewellery with care. Do not wear while swimming, during exercise or physical activity, and don't wear to bed. Should your jewellery become dirty, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth. Do not use chemicals or immerse in water/soak. Love your handmade piece and it will love you back!!
